We all struggle with scheduling and time constraints, all of us dealing with the necessary and important factors. It's a balancing act, one that I have grown accustomed to over time. Before, I would rush myself to write something, conjure up material, and force ideas that may not be as honed or complete as I deem worthy. So, I wait, until an idea spurs me into action or my muse relentlessly attacks me until I listen.
There are a lot of hurdles to get over though and I must balance which path I focus on, lest the others suffer. Lately, my gaming has picked up, and with the Spring lineup dropping in, I imagine that path to be much more productive than my writing. The gym and work are both constants, so I cannot deter from those (especially the gym). Work is turning busy as a new season sets in motion, meaning my schedule is even more limited.
So, I am left with just pushing my writing in where I can. It is the only one of those that I can practically work on no matter the setting. During work breaks if possible, late at night before I sleep, or waiting in line for whatever people wait in line for.
The whole point of my mad ravings is that I have some new content I am working on. One, will be an addition for Dark Conspiracies (but not a continuation from the last point). The other, is new Poems for the Barbarian Series, focusing on the villain instead of our savage hero. I imagine the Poem will be done long before the Dark Conpiracies portion, but there are infernal fires once again rousing that fear engine of a mind of mine awake once more. Prepare yourself for what lies ahead.
THE MAD BARRON
"It takes a certain kind of madness to trek alone into the wilds however I find it far safer and less stressful compared to the trappings of cities and men." - Barron
